Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
2 chicken breasts
1 (10 oz) can of tomatoes (diced or chunks, your preference - though I use cherry tomatoes I cut up and measure)
1 (15 oz) can of whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz) can of beans (I use black beans, but you do you)
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 onion,chopped 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, cubed (I use fat free)

Cut up the chicken and cook in pot until tender. I do this by putting it in water and boiling it, personally. Afterward, drain the water and add in the tomatoes, beans, and corn...mix them in. Now add in the seasonings and stir again, then let them heat up for a few minutes, depending on your stove. After this, add in the cubed cream cheese. This is the fun part; waiting for this to start melting, and stirring it all together. When it all appears to be melted, well mixed, and are done. This will serve four people.
